Keep the equity.
Build the system.

Zero21 lets European merchants accept crypto at checkout and settle in fiat, as a regulated provider. We kept the brand people already knew and built the system around it: a refined mark, a fourteen-module Branding Bible, a visual world of merchants at work and the sales tools that carry it.

Overview

The brief,
in three lines.

Challenge

A regulated payment provider needed a brand that reads as trustworthy as the service is. The mark wanted refining, the messages one voice, and every document a common base.

Approach

Keep the equity, upgrade the expression: a refined mark, one orange accent, four claims with one rule, and a visual world of merchants at work instead of coins and circuits.

Outcome

A Branding Bible of fourteen modules, an icon set, a library of 75 frames, a sales deck, a demo walk-through, a one-pager and a PowerPoint master, all from the same tokens.

Process

How it came
together.

Phases overlap on purpose: the system grows while the screens are designed, so nothing has to be rebuilt at the end.

Payment story

Five steps.
One payment.

Every deck, the one-pager and the demo tell the same story: five steps for the customer on top, everything underneath run by Zero21. Round becomes square: crypto received, converted, settled in fiat.

06Matte black is the primary, brushed steel is for merchandise, gold appears in context: three finishes, one device.

07Eight colour tokens, one accent, one typeface in five steps. The deck closes on three outcomes and no fourth.

08Used where the subject is settlement: a payment completed, a merchant paid. In daylight and at the packing bench.

System

One mark.
A system to live in.

The “21” now reads as a number, one orange accent marks the single most important thing on a surface, and fourteen modules settle each decision once.
